Be prepared for total sonic immersion with this 16 piece big band loaded with some great horn playing, great charts and great improvisation. SOJO's repertoire is a mix of swing, Latin and classic big band arrangements. Formed by trumpeter Corren Hileman in the Spring of 2008, the band has played in a variety of venues, including the Bear Creek Summer Concert Series, Rogue Valley Manor and at the Evergreen Ballroom in Central Point.
We recently played a USO based show at Seven Feathers' Casino in Canyonville and SOJO will be playing at the Medford Jazz Festival in October. Check us out each month at the Avalon Restaurant in Talent.
